Tello products are organization apps. Your account is created by your organization's administrator, who provides you with the details you use to sign in. When you sign in, and whenever identity verification is required, you provide or confirm your mobile phone number so that we can send you a one-time passcode (OTP).

When you use our push-to-talk app, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account information — the details your organization provides when it creates your account, such as your name and email address.
• Mobile phone number — provided or confirmed by you when signing in or completing identity verification, and used to send one-time passcodes (OTP) for authentication. See SMS and Mobile Number Privacy below.
• Voice and audio — your push-to-talk transmissions.
• Location information — your location, including while the app is running in the background, used for the live map and SOS alerts.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our push-to-talk app.
• Deliver push-to-talk communication between you and your team.
• Communicate with you about updates and new features.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties for the following purposes:

• Your organization — if your account was issued by an employer or organization, its administrators can access your account and activity.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information in response to a legal request, court order, or government investigation.
• Business transfers — if our app is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners.

Tello Technologies sends transactional text messages (one-time passcodes for authentication and identity verification) only when a user explicitly initiates a verification request from within our Tello products (Tello-Core, Tello Lite and Tello-KYC).

By providing your mobile number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive SMS messages from Tello Technologies containing that code. Mobile phone numbers collected by Tello are used only for authentication, identity verification, and security-related one-time password (OTP) messages. Message frequency varies depending on user-initiated authentication and verification requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.

Mobile information — no sharing

No mobile information (phone numbers, opt-in consent, or any data collected through SMS opt-in) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors supporting SMS delivery is permitted; all other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your account is created and managed by your organization. To update or delete your account or your personal information, contact your organization's administrator. You can also contact us at support@tello-technologies.com.

You can turn off location or microphone access at any time in your device settings, although the related features will no longer work.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our push-to-talk app after any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
